The stacking extruder press is a precision pressurizing equipment used in new energy lithium battery PACK production lines. Its full name is cell module stacking extrusion press. Its function is to neatly stack multiple cells, apply precise and controllable pre-tightening pressure, eliminate cell gaps, correct alignment, and then bind steel strips to form a standard battery module. It is a core tooling equipment in the front-end of battery assembly.

Process Flow

1.Place the battery and the end plate accessories in turn in the holding machine according to the regulations, and then press the lower press mechanism to press the battery.
2.After the placement is completed , the pre-set tensioning parameters are tightened through the switch button .
3.Wrap the front and rear steel belts after pressing.
4.After completion , the module is released by pushing the button .
5.Finally, the battery module is removed manually
