This non-standard customized production line is mainly used to realize the assembly, connection, testing and assembly functions of industrial and commercial energy storage module PACKs. The line includes: robot feeding/cell barcode scanning OCV testing and sorting/cell thickness measurement and plasma cleaning/positive and negative electrode detection/cell reorientation/cell bending/manual bonding/automatic stacking/automatic extrusion & manual steel strip bundling/module transportation onto the line/secondary barcode scanning & laser marking/polarity detection & terminal addressing/terminal cleaning/manual CCS installation/laser welding/horizontal assembly testing/module transfer/liquid-cooled precision hoisting onto the line/liquid-cooled box gluing/late assembly into PACK/PACK assembly and testing/PACK hoisting off the line and other assembly processes.
